Veterinary Consulting & Conflict Coaching
Everyone reacts differently to conflict, and most people are uncomfortable with it. Conflict is natural and, if correctly managed, can create a better workplace and business. Productive conflict is simply a series of teachable skills.
Cat provides veterinary consulting and conflict coaching services to both teams and individuals in-person and via Zoom. Using the objective value of her mediation and legal skills combined with her extensive veterinary business knowledge, she empowers teams and individuals to facilitate conversations so that team member and client relationships can thrive.
Cat’s mediation training framework teaches veterinary and allied health professionals to de-escalate conflict and re-engage once parties are ready to diagnose conflict and apply appropriate interventions. This invaluable skill set can be applied to the common types of conflict in veterinary and allied health settings including team conflict, inner conflict, and client conflict.
